The price includes one non-alcoholic drink of your choice and a snack. Additionally there will be drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) available for purchase at the bar.

Smoking or vaping is allowed on the terrace outside. However, it is not allowed indoors once the immersive experience begins.

There are a few chairs available to use. However this is a free roaming experience and you will need to walk around to get the best out of it.

Arrive 15 minutes before the experience starts so you can enjoy your drink and the magnificent views of the Creek. Please don’t be late as we cannot guarantee you will be able to join without compromising the ongoing experience for the rest of attendees.

The use of phones is only allowed in the F&B area. The use of phones inside the experience is strictly forbidden. Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire experience.

Only in the F&B area. To ensure the integrity of the experience, taking photos or videos out of the F&B area is strictly forbidden.

The experience is wheelchair accessible. The main entrance is a staircase, so please let us know once you arrive and our staff will assist you.

Unfortunately not. Due to sound and light effects service animals can be frightened and we don't want them to get stressed.

There is plenty of free underground parking in Al Seef. We recommend using the Al Fahidi parking underground entrance as it is closer to the venue and leave through the escalator next to row H14.

Can I bring food/drinks from outside?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Access includes one non-alcoholic drink and a snack. Complementary water is provided and the bar will be working during the experience.

One non-alcoholic drink of your choice and a snack and access to a 1.5h once in a lifetime murder mystery immersive experience. Standing tables are shared and allocated on a first come first serve basis.

All bookings are non-refundable. Non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your booking to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information.
