Can you imagine what it would be like to solve a murder mystery? Take part in this immersive game in Dubai where you play the role of the detective. This is more than an escape room: immerse yourself in the crime scene and interact with our actors. Murder Mystery is an immersive experience created in 2019, which has already taken place in more than 11 cities in 6 countries around the world.

THE ENIGMA

The year is 1910. Intrepid explorer Professor Hawthorne ignores the local lore and takes over a myth-enshrouded, abandoned house in search of a rare artifact. One week later, the Professor and his wife are found dead. Now, it’s up to his former students and colleagues to piece together the mystery of Bait Al Zumurrud - The Emerald House.

Murder Mystery: The Emerald House is an immersive murder mystery game in which you play the role of detective. Travel back to early 1900’s Arabia, explore the scene of the crime, find clues and interrogate suspects to unmask the true murderer!

What can I expect from Murder Mystery: The Emerald House?

Expect a thrilling 1.5 hour murder mystery experience combined with a 30 minutes F&B experience at a heritage venue by Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton. Use your detective skills to interrogate suspects, search the rooms and find clues. Can you unmask the true murderer?

The experience takes place in a heritage venue in Al Seef. Please use this pin for the address.

Is there any specific dress code?

No, there is no dress code required. However, you might be asked to wear a costume mask during the event as part of the immersive experience.

Do I participate in this event individually or in groups?

This event can be experienced both individually and in groups.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience uses both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Do I need to wear a COVID mask during the experience?

Wearing a mask during the experience is optional as per current government regulation.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

The price includes one non-alcoholic drink of your choice and a snack. Additionally there will be drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) available for purchase at the bar.

Can I smoke or vape during the experience?

Smoking or vaping is allowed on the terrace outside. However, it is not allowed indoors once the immersive experience begins.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?

There are a few chairs available to use. However this is a free roaming experience and you will need to walk around to get the best out of it.

Can I wear a costume?

Yes, costumes are allowed.

ACCESS

When should I arrive?

Arrive 15 minutes before the experience starts so you can enjoy your drink and the magnificent views of the Creek. Please don’t be late as we cannot guarantee you will be able to join without compromising the ongoing experience for the rest of attendees.

What happens if I arrive late?

The experience needs to start on time. If you are late we will do our best but you may not be able to join the ongoing experience.

What is the minimum age requirement?

Guests must be 16+ with valid ID.

Can I use my phone during the event?

The use of phones is only allowed in the F&B area. The use of phones inside the experience is strictly forbidden. Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire experience.

Can I take photos or videos during the event?

Only in the F&B area. To ensure the integrity of the experience, taking photos or videos out of the F&B area is strictly forbidden.

Is the experience wheelchair accessible?

The experience is wheelchair accessible. The main entrance is a staircase, so please let us know once you arrive and our staff will assist you.

Are service dogs or other animals allowed?

Unfortunately not. Due to sound and light effects service animals can be frightened and we don't want them to get stressed.

Where can I park?

There is plenty of free underground parking in Al Seef. We recommend using the Al Fahidi parking underground entrance as it is closer to the venue and leave through the escalator next to row H14.

Can I bring food/drinks from outside?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Access includes one non-alcoholic drink and a snack. Complementary water is provided and the bar will be working during the experience.

What does my table booking include?

One non-alcoholic drink of your choice and a snack and access to a 1.5h once in a lifetime murder mystery immersive experience. Standing tables are shared and allocated on a first come first serve basis.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Access to this experience can only be purchased on Fever. Bookings are not available on any other website or platform.

Can I book access at the venue?

Access is not available for purchase at the venue. Access must be purchased through the app or website prior to arriving at the event.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

All bookings are non-refundable. Non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your booking to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your booking order number.

Do I need to print my booking?

No, your contactless booking will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can’t find my booking. What can I do?

You can find your booking with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when making your booking.
