What can I expect from Murder Mystery: A Novel Homicide?

Expect a thrilling 1.5 hour murder mystery experience at CSC Changi II Fairy Point 6. Use your detective skills to interrogate suspects, search the rooms and find clues. Can you unmask the true murderer?

Is there any specific dress code?

No, there is no dress code required. However, you might be asked to wear a costume mask during the event as part of the immersive experience.

Do I participate in this event individually or in groups?

This event can be experienced both individually and in groups.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience uses indoor spaces only.

Do I need to wear a COVID mask during the experience?

Wearing a mask during the experience is optional.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

There will not be any food & beverages on-site.

Can I smoke during the experience?

Smoking is not allowed indoors at any point of time.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?

There are a few chairs available to use. However this is a free roaming experience and you will need to explore the space to get the best out this experience.

What does my booking include?

Access to a 1.5h once in a lifetime murder mystery immersive experience.

Where can I book the experience?

• On the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.

• On the Fever website.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

This experience can only be booked on Fever. Bookings are not available on any other website or platform.

Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?

Box Office sales are subjected to availability.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your tickets to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless ticket will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can’t find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when making your booking.

ACCESS

When should I arrive?

Arrive at least 15 minutes before the experience starts. Please do not be late as we cannot guarantee you will be able to join without compromising the ongoing experience for the rest of attendees..

Where can I park?

No parking is allowed at Fairy Point 6. There are plenty of free parking spaces at CSC Changi Clubhouse with a free shuttle bus service to Fairy Point 6. Do arrive early as the Clubhouse is a distance away from Fairy Point 6. Alternatively, you may drop off at Fairy Point 6 if you are arriving via Private Hire/ Taxi.

What happens if I arrive late?

The experience needs to start on time. If you are late we will do our best but you may not be able to join the ongoing experience.

What is the minimum age requirement?

There is no minimum age requirement.

Will there be air conditioning?

The experience will be fully air-conditioned.

Will there be restrooms on the premises?

Restrooms are available on the first and second floor of the experience.

Can I use my phone during the event?

The use of phones inside the experience is strictly forbidden. Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire experience.

Can I take photos or videos during the event?

To ensure the integrity of the experience, taking photos or videos out of the area is strictly forbidden.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/blind people?

The experience would consist of walking around the premises for visual and audio clues hence it would not be recommended for the deaf/blind

Is the experience wheelchair accessible?

The experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Are service dogs or other animals allowed?

Unfortunately not. Due to sound and light effects service animals can be frightened and we don't want them to get stressed.

Can I bring food/drinks from outside?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Will there be a cloakroom?

Yes.

Can I wear a costume?

Yes, costumes are allowed.

Internal Use:

There is a capacity limit of 65 pax. As such, we will not be able to accommodate a carer with the participant if the event is fully sold out.
